My residence is a lovely home in a private and safe location. The house is located 10 minutes from the beautiful Gold Coast beaches, 5 minutes drive to Tweed Heads, 90 minutes to Brisbane City, 30 minutes to Mount Warning and 45 minutes to Byron Bay.

The house has all brand new appliances throughout (Fridges, washing machine/dryer, toaster/kettle, microwave, dishwasher etc. I've also just replaced all of the carpet, completely re-painted, all new curtains, tapware, and toilets. There's fast unlimited Wifi internet, Netflix and Foxtel.
I have divided the house into two self contained units. Upstairs (where I live) has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a study, large kitchen and a combined lounge and dining room. The upper back deck is really big and fully enclosed. It's used as a second loungeroom and bar area with washing machine and dryer. There is a new pool table on the deck as well as a small Weber BBQ. The front deck has a gym setup on it and an outside table to sit at. The spare room (room for rent) upstairs has a built in wardrobe with a window looking over the pool with a view of the valley. There is a new double bed, pillows and a new comfortable mattress with linen. A new fan and television plus an alarm clock in the room. The main toilet and bathroom which has a bath tub and a shower are used by the spare bedroom (room for rent) and any other upstairs house guests (very rarely). There is parking in the driveway beside the house.
The unit downstairs is quite similar to upstairs, it's just smaller. I rent this downstairs unit out to my parents who both still work full-time.
The house is in the middle of a cul-de-sac street and has a 40m private driveway off the street. The house is well situated higher than all the neighbours houses giving great privacy, it has good tree coverage and there's a council easement out the back. There is a shade sail over the pool and seats and pool lounges to sit on.

About me, I'm a 31 year old Australian male. I have no children. I have 1 nephew and 3 neices with another on the way. I was medically discharged from the Australian Army due to several back injuries sustained whilst serving. I am a very clean, tidy and polite person. I have a sense of humour and enjoy friendly conversation. I keep to myself and like to fill my time with photography, travelling, exploring, going to the beach, learning Thai, playing with my dog Zeus. I like relaxing around the house too. I'm usually working on the house doing new renovations and upgrades here and there, everything is very well maintained, I've nearly run out of jobs to do actually. I usually go to sleep around 10pm-midnight and wake up around 8am. I've just got home from an overseas holiday and I thought when I got home I'd help out other travellers or students by renting out my spare room and lending a hand where I can. I'll be heading back overseas for a few months later this year also.

I'm happy to provide information about the local area and can also help with showing you around if wanted or needed.

I'm happy to get a couple push bikes if you'd like to use them to get around too.

My puppy (soon to be dog) Zeus, doesn't come inside the house. He is allowed on the back deck. He is friendly and doesn't cause any problems.

There is 2 shelves in the fridge you can use and there is also room in the freezer and pantry. Plus there's spare cupboards in the kitchen.

Due to the amount of nice furniture, alcohol and various property items I own, I will only rent to a person who is 100% trustworthy.
